Competition Terms and Conditions – Paydoc Win an iPad Competition

1. The promoter is Paydoc (Pty) Ltd.
2. The competition is open only to registered anaesthetists and aneasthetist registrars attending the 2026 SASA Congress.
3. Employees, contractors, competitors, other exhibitors and sponsors, directors and immediate family members of Paydoc and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry is free and no purchase is required.
5. Only one entry per eligible person will be permitted.
6. Entrants must provide accurate contact details to be eligible for the draw.
7. The competition opens at the start of the conference and closes at the official close of the exhibition area on the final conference day.
8. One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or before Tuesday 15th September.
9. The winner will receive one Apple iPad. The model and specifications will be determined by Paydoc.
10. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
11. The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email within 3 days of the draw.
12. All entrants will be notified of the winner via e-mail.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Paydoc reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
14. The winner’s name may be announced on Paydoc’s social media platforms. By entering the competition, participants consent to such publication should they be selected as the winner.
15. By entering, participants consent to Paydoc processing their personal information for purposes related to administering the competition and, where consent has been provided, for marketing communications.
16. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation, including POPIA.
17. Paydoc reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
18. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
